Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de @EmpowerTalent, me uno al tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para llevarnos a reflexionar sobre: La empatía. Aprender de la empatía como una forma de entender a los demás y como una virtud que suma a nuestras vidas, muy importante para reforzar nuestros talentos, les comparto mi participación: La empatía es la manera que tenemos de acercarnos a otras personas, a lo mejor no para aconsejar, si no se nos pide, pero si para tratar de comprender, tratar de escuchar, apoyar en las decisiones que otras personas tomen, aunque muchas veces no estamos de acuerdo en lo que hacen o dicen.

Tenemos diferentes formas de pensar

Todos los días tenemos la oportunidad de aprender, de conocer diferentes formas de pensar, no necesariamente como lo haríamos nosotras como personas, es entonces cuando vemos toda la variedad y eso nos da la oportunidad de tomar lo que pensamos de manera positiva. Creo que como en todo, en la amistad e incluso en algunos miembros de la familia, hay distancias que debemos respetar, hay cosas de las que debemos mantenernos al margen, muchas veces las personas hablan, porque necesitan ser escuchadas, pero no se deben de tomar atribuciones que no nos corresponden. Muchas personas, pueden mal interpretar lo que se les dice o aconseja y no es pensar ni por un momento que estés obrando mal, porque lo haces con la mejor de las intenciones.

La crítica sin conocer la raíz del problema

Nos atrevemos muchas veces a criticar sin conocer la raíz de los problemas de otras personas, el problema es que lo que menos hacemos es tomarnos nuestro tiempo en autocriticarnos, porque para nuestros problemas, siempre encontramos una excusa o justificante, pero nos cuesta muchas veces encontrarla para otras personas. Cuando somos capaces de entender cómo se siente la otra persona y qué es lo que necesita, puedo relacionarme mejor con ella, porque cada uno maneja sus emociones de manera diferente. Por ejemplo, en una familia, cuando un pariente muere, hay personas que piensan que solo a ellas les duele y que su dolor es más grandioso que el de las demás y se atreven a opinar que por qué lloras, si nunca lo o la quisiste como yo. Aprender a escuchar para ser escuchados

Lo mejor que podemos hacer es ser buenos oyentes, porque también cuando se nos dé el momento que necesitemos ser escuchados, encontremos a alguien que nos escuche y hasta que nos dé una opinión, después de todo, no necesariamente tenemos que hacer o actuar como se nos habla. La empatía nos hace sensibles, nos enseña a escuchar, pero también nos enseña a hablar y expresar lo que sentimos, y si definitivamente que nuestra forma de actuar y reaccionar la pueden tomar de manera equivocada, lo importante es actuar de la forma que nos haga sentir bien con nosotras mismas como personas, porque cada buena o mala obra es tomada en cuenta y habla de nuestros sentimientos.

No olvidar dar las gracias siempre

Puedo tomar ejemplos de otros, comprender y compartir las emociones de las demás persona, es como la puerta que se abre para enriquecernos mutuamente. Encontrarme a mí misma, y saber que puedo tener la virtud de la empatía, es tan importante para mi talento y mi personalidad Una de las maneras que tengo para demostrar mi empatía es cuando practico el gran acto de dar las gracias a todos desde mi corazón, y principalmente a Dios, a mis padres, y a mi familia, pero también al portero, al panadero, al vecino, a todos esos maestros que contribuyeron con mi formación, al taxista, a todas las personas que en algún momento me pusieron las cosas difíciles, a todos los conocidos y desconocidos que hacen posible que pueda ser feliz. Recordar dar las gracias es también dar amor. I think that as in everything, in friendship and even in some family members, there are distances that we must respect, there are things that we must stay away from, many times people talk, because they need to be heard, but we should not take on attributions that do not correspond to us. Many people can misinterpret what they are told or advised and it is not to think for a moment that you are doing wrong, because you are doing it with the best of intentions.

Criticism without knowing the root of the problem

We often dare to criticise without knowing the root of other people's problems, the problem is that the least we do is to take the time to criticise ourselves, because for our problems, we always find an excuse or justification, but we often find it difficult to find it for other people. When we are able to understand how the other person feels and what they need, I can relate better to them, because everyone handles their emotions differently. For example, in a family, when a relative dies, there are people who think that only they are in pain and that their pain is greater than that of others and they dare to say why are you crying, if you never loved him or her as I did. Learn to listen in order to be heard

The best thing we can do is to be good listeners, because also when the time comes that we need to be heard, we find someone who will listen to us and even give us an opinion, after all, we don't necessarily have to do or act as we are told. Empathy makes us sensitive, it teaches us to listen, but it also teaches us to speak and express what we feel, and if our way of acting and reacting can definitely be taken the wrong way, the important thing is to act in the way that makes us feel good about ourselves as people, because every good or bad deed is taken into account and speaks of our feelings.

Not forgetting to always say thank you

I can take examples from others, understand and share other people's emotions, it's like a door that opens to enrich each other. Finding myself, and knowing that I can have the virtue of empathy, is so important for my talent and my personality. One of the ways I have to show my empathy is when I practice the great act of thanking everyone from my heart, and mainly God, my parents, and my family, but also the caretaker, the baker, the neighbour, all those teachers who contributed to my education, the taxi driver, all the people who at some point made things difficult for me, all the acquaintances and strangers who make it possible for me to be happy. To remember to give thanks is also to give love.
