In my house we organize ourselves by buying all the food for the month in the first days of the month and we buy enough food to last until the following month.
In my previous market friday post I told you that I crossed the Venezuela-Colombia border to do the shopping in Cucuta BUT this month we couldn't go, since the Colombian police are extorting Venezuelan cars that they see circulating in Colombia.
So, to avoid problems and bad times, this month we wanted to do the market in Venezuela.

En mi casa nos organizamos comprando toda la comida del mes en los primeros dias que comienza el mes y compramos suficiente comida para que alcance hasta el mes siguiente.
En mi anterior post de market friday les comenté que yo cruzo la frontera de Venezuela - Colombia para hacer las compras en Cucuta PERO este mes no pudimos ir, ya que los policias Colombianos estan extorsionando a los carros Venezolanos que vean circulando en Colombia.
Asi que para evitar problemas y malos ratos, este mes quisimos hacer el mercado en Venezuela.
Asi que fuimos al supermercado donde se consiguen los precios mas baratos de la ciudad y compré los viveres para el mes, la lista de cosas que compre fue la siguiente:
900 ml de aceite de cocina = $2
3 kg de arroz = $ 3,46
3 aguacates = $1.17
3 latas de atún atún = $3.30
1kg de azúcar = $1.25
Brotes de raíz china = $0.31
2 Coliflor = $1.27
1 pasta de dientes = $1.28
1 galleta oreo = $0.83
3 kg de harina de arepa = $2.59
1 kg de harina de postre = $ 1,30
30 huevos = $2.88
Lavaplatos = $0.67
6 manzanas = $2.22
500 gr de mantequilla = $1.80
500 gr de jamón barato = $2.60
1 lata de sardinas = $0.73
1 litro de vinagre = $1.26
450g de menta fresca para té = $0,52
Total: $31.44
So we went to the supermarket where you can get the cheapest prices in the city and I bought the groceries for the month, the list of things I bought is the following:

It should be noted that this purchase is only for two people and that I still had some things in my pantry so I only bought what I needed.
After buying in this supermarket we went to a vegetable fair where they sell everything for $0.50 per kilo. I have not found any other place that sells vegetables cheaper than here.
Cabe destacar que esta compra es solo para dos personas y que aun tenia algunas cosas en mi dispensa asi que compre solo lo que necesitaba.
Despues de comprar en este supermercado nos fuimos a una feria de verduras y vegetales donde venden todo 0.50$ por kilo, no he encontrado ningun otro sitio que venda mas barato que aqui.
In this place I bought 20 kilos of fruits and vegetables for only $10, this should last us for at least 2 weeks.
En este lugar compre 20 kilos de frutas y vegetales por tan solo 10$, esto deberia durarme por almenos 2 semanas.
