Por alguna razón, desde pequeña la comida me hacía feliz. Por ejemplo, mi mamá recuerda que cuando tenía como dos años, estaba comiendo un plato de frijoles y mientras comía cantaba y movía las piernitas y pedía más “[casabe](https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casabe_de_yuca), casabe”. Desde ese entonces ella se dio cuenta de que cuando la comida estaba sabrosa y disfrutaba de ella tarareaba mientras comía y eso me pasaba incluso de grande. Después que me casé y tuve un hijo creo que esa particularidad se me atrofió jajaja 😜 no estoy segura. Creo que tengo que ponerme bajo observación. Por eso la comida es otra de las cosas que me hacen felíz.

Por eso me esmero en cocinar sabroso, frecuentemente experimento nuevas recetas que me parecen ricas. Sin embargo, me encanta más consentirlos con postres. Así que aquí ya les dejé otra cosa que me hace feliz hacer nuevas recetas y postres.

Mi familia inmediata son mi esposo y mi hijo. Soy feliz cuando podemos pasar tiempo de calidad juntos. A pesar de la situación y la pandemia esto no ha sido tan sencillo por diferentes razones 😔. Pero es algo que me hace inmensamente feliz, sin necesidad de salir de casa o hacer algo grandioso, porque no se trata de lo que que hagamos sino de estar los tres juntos de manera voluntaria y compartir de lo mejor que podemos dar de cada uno que es tiempo, atención, cariño y una buena comunicación. Por eso, cuando he podido conocer nuevos lugares, probar nuevas cosas me hace realmente feliz si lo hago en compañía de ellos dos. Ver a mi hijo feliz no tiene precio. Incluso tener que desprenderme o dejar de hacer cosas por él e inclusive por mi esposo que los haga felices y que eso contribuya al bienestar de la familia me hace muy feliz. Otra cosa que me hace felíz es compartir con mis amigas, aunque la verdad es que no lo hacemos nada frecuente, pero la tecnología nos permite estar en contacto y en especial durante esta pandemia he comprobado lo que es tener amigas de verdad y que muestran un interés y cariño sincero, eso me hace felíz y me llena de gratitud.

Me encanta el cielo y las nubes. Me maravillo de lo imponente e impresionante que son, me hacen pensar en la divinidad de su creador. Así como disfruto de los paisajes naturales también de las pequeñas flores ornamentales o silvestres que podemos encontrar a nuestro paso en cualquier camino. De los impresionantes animales e incluso insectos. Me hace feliz disfrutar de un atardecer y por ejemplo ver la pequeña fauna en la laguna de mi urbanismo. Ver allí familias de Alcaravanes que de repente se cruzan en mi camino, a veces aumentan en número y tristemente también disminuyen. Ver como defienden su nido y cuidan a sus polluelos me hace sentir feliz y maravillada de la creación. Me emocionó y preocupó verlos frente a mi casa ¿será que las personas los están ahuyentando de su espacio?

Esto ha sido mi tabla de salvación que me ha permitido estar tranquila y feliz a pesar de las circunstancias. A pesar que hay momentos en los que bajo mi armadura y me derrumbo. Pero el recordar los consejos de las escrituras, que son las palabras de un padre amoroso, me han hecho poder estar en pie y estar feliz después de una fuerte tormenta. El ver la mano de Dios en mi vida fortalece mi fe y me hace feliz porque a pesar de mis errores Dios no me ha soltado de su mano. Bueno, estas son algunas de las cosas que me hacen feliz. My immediate family is my husband and son. I am happy when we can spend quality time together. Despite the situation and the pandemic, this has not been so easy for different reasons 😔. But it is something that makes me immensely happy, without the need to leave the house or do something great, because it is not about what we do but about the three of us being together voluntarily and sharing the best that we can give of each one that It is time, attention, affection and good communication.
