( EN / DE ) Have been in the wholesale market after a long time. Normally it is not worth going there because the prices are just too high for small buyers. But some things you get there best, such as fish or rare flour varieties. So the way led us there again.
It is unimaginably huge. For a Friday afternoon, there were very few shoppers there. When the aisles are empty, you really see how big it all really is.
War seit langer Zeit mal wieder im Großmarkt. Normalerweise lohnt es sich nicht dort hinzufahren, weil die Preise für Kleinabnehmer einfach zu hoch sind. Aber manche Dinge bekommt man dort am besten, wie zum Beispiel Fisch oder seltene Mehl Sorten. Also führte uns der Weg mal wieder dort hin.
Es ist unvorstellbar riesig. Für einen Freitag Nachmittag waren sehr wenige Einkäufer dort. Wenn die Gänge leer sind sieht man erst so richtig, wie groß das alles wirklich ist.

These photos were just the beginning, because after all these things you only get to the food area. First object of my seekers here was buckwheat flour, something you don't get easily in normal supermarkets.
So past the thousands of sweets, pasta, coffee, flour I finally found it.
Diese Fotos waren erst der Anfang, denn nach all diesen Dingen kommt man erst in den Lebensmittel Bereich. Erstes Objekt meiner Sucher hier war Buchweizen Mehl, etwas, das man in normalen Supermärkten nicht so leicht bekommt.
Also vorbei an den tausenden Süssigkeiten, Nudeln, Kaffee, Mehl wurde ich schließlich fündig.

Dann ging es zum Fisch Bereich, hier habe ich leider keine Fotos, die sind alle zu unscharf, aber die gekauften Forellen seht ihr am Ende des Posts noch.

And my absolute all time favorite cheese. I love these two varieties and can not pass by such a shelf. So delicious! Do you also have such a favorite food that you absolutely have to buy when you see it?
Und mein absoluter allzeit Lieblingskäse. Ich liebe diese beide Sorten und kann an so einem Regal nicht vorbeigehen. So lecker! Habt ihr auch so ein Lieblings Lebensmittel, dass ihr unbedingt kaufen müsst, wenn ihr es seht?

At the end of this post I would like to invite you to a little mini guess contest: On the last photo you will see all the purchases from the market. In the bag, because you dont see them, are a total of 4 trout (2 were eaten, 2 we then froze). Consider also that we are here in Austria, in the center of Europe, so rather have somewhat higher prices.
