I agree that we must measure the the importance of certain problems we may have in our lives. If the problem is severe and interferes with our ability to function, then addressing it is a must, but if it is just a small problem that doesn't affect the ability to perform daily tasks, then it may be damaging and counterproductive to focus too much on it.
Regular daily posting is very hard, but you are a natural at creating good content regularly which invokes deep critical thinking.
