You are absolutely right. There were things after the job I realized that can be done better. and some of them were finding the source of graphics they can use to make thier work more easier. At the same time I asked about the organization he is in and what he needs to play his cards when dealing with work politics. Its was good for both of us since I was seeing it in a different light.
