It's a grater! I bought it to cook Borscht for the Ukrainian Film and Food Evening last year. It was sitting in the kitchen for a while until I took it out for the second Ukrainian Film and Food Evening at the end of the last month.
Then it became a good friend of mine. I found it's practical that it keeps grated things inside.
It works well to prepare vegetables for carrot salad, hashed potato and of course Borscht 😉
I don't know how to use one side of the device ... I must google how I can use it.
I tend to keep my kitchen minimal and prevent myself from buying a new item. But I must say it's nice to try a new one and find a new kitchen friend.
Have a nice weekend!
