Afri-tunes week #114 is here, how are you all doing with the ups and downs of life? Well, I believe God has always proven himself faithful. I am mamab and I'm so excited to bring my entry for the week.
On this edition I chose a song by Nathaniel Bassey. I think so far in this community I sang his songs more than any other gospel music artist. He is one of my favorite ministers as he is calm and spirit filled in all his ministrations. So I am singing "Yahweh Sabaoth" which means Lord of armies. The God we serve is a mighty man of war. He fights many battles and has never lost one.
God is the Lion of the tribe of Judah, when He shows forth His mightiness nothing standing can continue to stand. We are calling on Him today to arise and attend to the situations in Nigeria. Let Him fight for the cause of the orphans, widows and families who lost their loved ones as a result of wars and crises. Shall we call upon Him together with the song. Check out lyrics below:
