High Thai.
So anyyyyhoooots. Something magical happened. Upon looking forward to making my last winter dish. There I was fumbling about in said kitchen. Preparing ingredients for one of the tastiest and most popular curry dishes known to man. The Thai green curry. Once again inspired by sheer curiosity - I got rolling right away. The aim of this one was to prepare for the - just as exquisite dessert. ( which is actually still to come). I realised I forgot the coconut cream... (grrrrrr - so irresponsible). It dawned on me - all I needed was coconut itself to make the cream. And I had both. And voila!! (Thanks google- so reliable). As you know - I enjoy throwing my secretes into dishes where one wouldn't expect there to be so. THIS rendition however is clear of any secrete springles or potions. BuT... to see where what and how I slashed it in -you'll have to stay tuned to episode 2 (The Dessert).
