These cannabis quinoa brownie bites are great healthier version of the classic brownie. Make it without the cannabutter and its a great way to sneak some quinoa into you kids diet, like putting veggies in the spaghetti sauce.
Ingredients List :
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/3 cup turbinado sugar ("raw sugar")
- 1/2 cup cannabutter (softened/room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1.5 cups quinoa (cooked & cooled)
- Chocolate chips
