In Rising Star, the "Halloween 2023" mission requires you to meet the following criteria:
300 Fans: You need to have at least 300 fans in your fanbase to unlock and start the Halloween 2023 mission. If you don't have enough fans, you can work on increasing your fan count by completing other missions, performing, or using promotional items to gain more fans.
Level 20: Your character must be at least at level 20 to be eligible for the Halloween 2023 mission. If you're not at this level yet, you can gain experience points by performing, completing other missions, or using items that boost your experience.
65% Energy: Ensure that your character has at least 65% energy available to start and complete the Halloween 2023 mission. If your energy is lower than this threshold, you may need to wait until it replenishes naturally or use energy items to boost your energy level.
30 Minutes: The Halloween 2023 mission will take 30 minutes to finish. Make sure you have enough time to complete the mission without interruptions. You can start the mission when you meet all the other requirements, and it will automatically finish after the 30-minute duration.
