Saludos queridos Hiviers, el de día de hoy traigo una propuesta de fotografía con un trasfondo muy importante y controversial, "la violencia de género".

Greetings dear Hiviers, today I bring you a photography proposal with a very important and controversial background, "gender violence".

A lo largo de los años muchas mujeres han tenido que pasar por esta horrible y devastadora experiencia, hay algunas que lamentablemente no pudieron salir con vida. Es por esto que tomé la iniciativa de realizar una sesión fotográfica con la intención de transmitir un mensaje, de mostrar el sufrimiento, el maltrato por el que han pasado y siguen pasado tantas mujeres al rededor del mundo.

Over the years many women have had to go through this horrible and devastating experience, there are some who unfortunately could not make it out alive. That is why I took the initiative to carry out a photographic session with the intention of transmitting a message, of showing the suffering, the mistreatment that so many women around the world have suffered and continue to live.

Lo primero que hice fue realizar un moretón en mi ojo para simular el impacto de un puño, a medida que seguía con el maquillaje lo iba mejorando y marcando más.

The first thing I did was make a bruise on my eye to simulate the impact of a fist, while I continued with the makeup I improved and marked it more.

Luego apliqué un labial líquido rojo para simular sangre.

Then I applied a red liquid lipstick to simulate blood.

Después me hice con sombras la marca de tres dedos para que diera la impresión de que me habían sujetado fuertemente del cuello, también realicé un hematoma en una de mis clavículas.

After making the three-finger mark with shadows to give the impression that I had been held tightly around my neck, I also bruised one of my collarbones.

Por último con un labial rojo en crayón, agregué rasguños al moretón del ojo.

Finally, with a red crayon lipstick, I added scratches to the eye bruise.

Al momento de la fotos quería transmitir mediante mi expresión facial, el sufrimiento, miedo y desesperación de una víctima de violencia.

At the time of the photos, I wanted to convey through my facial expression, the suffering, fear and despair of a victim of violence.

Asimismo quise plasmar en las fotografías un mensaje, y escribí sobre mi pecho "ni una menos" que hace referencia a que ya no tienen que morir más mujeres por maltrato, ya no debe faltar ninguna.

Also, I wanted to capture a message in the photographs, and I wrote "not one less" on my chest that refers to the fact that no more women have to die from abuse, none should be missing.

Este es un tema delicado, pero con el que llevaba tiempo queriendo hacer algo para mostrar la realidad de tantas mujeres.

This is a delicate subject, but with which I have long wanted to do something to show the reality of so many women.
