POWER-UP Run

Ending the month of January with 26,400 HP under my belt, after having performed the corresponding power up in commemoration of #HPUD day.
After 4 hours in the office, I did a good workout on the track surrounding the athletics track, on softer ground.

A set of speed intervals alternating 500 m easy and 500 m faster that have led me to exhaustion, especially with the last fast interval that I did below 1’50".
I feel strong in my legs, however, I have to improve my aerobic capacity and that is why I do this type of training.

I’m not going to the limit of my capabilities but I’m trying to work on the sub-anaerobic range to gain speed and endurance.

All this was done during a wonderful midday…then, back to work.
