Coming out of the injury...

Today I ran again, carefully but continuously...
I have not dared to step on hard ground (asphalt) so I have stayed on the dirt lane that borders the athletics track, since the ground is softer.
I have maintained an almost constant cruising speed, about 5'/km, smooth and controlled, paying more attention to how I placed my right foot on the ground.
After 5km of constant running done in about 25'20", I did 4 sprints of about 60m in length on the blue rubber of the athletics track, accelerating in a progressive cadence.
Surprisingly, the pain has not increased and I would say it has even reduced, so I am thrilled.

Sometimes, the solution to an injury is not based only on rest, you also have to indicate how you want the injury to heal, and for that, you need to train...gently, but train...
You should never stop while recovering from an injury, you have to reduce volume and intensity.

Keep on running!
