Greetings to the entire Photography Lovers community. A week ago I had shown some photos of the Cervia Dock and in some of the photos a building (the one that in the photos taken at night is illuminated in green) could be seen on the right. A building, the old salt warehouse, has been renovated in this dock. Now this building is called "The Salt Dock" and was opened in 2022. The building has been completely renovated and now hosts various events and conventions and also a catering outlet. In the past this building was the salt warehouse that was built as many as 300 years ago, a pre-industrial complex that had fallen into disuse in modern times. The renovation work was a very important and valuable one, so much so that the project won a prestigious European award dedicated to architecture. The recurring theme of the interiors is well-being. All the rooms, the halls, the bar, the spa, have been designed in a way that instills well-being just by viewing them. Below I show you the interiors of this newly renovated building.

Un saluto a tutta la comunità di Photography Lovers. Una settimana fa avevo mostrato alcune foto della Darsena di Cervia ed in alcune foto si vedeva sulla destra un edificio (quello che nelle fotografie scattate di notte è illuminato di verde). In questa darsena è stato ristrutturato un edificio, il vecchio magazzino del sale. Ora questo edificio viene chiamato “La darsena del sale” ed è stato inaugurato nel 2022. L’edificio è stato completamente ristrutturato ed ora ospita vari eventi e convention ed anche un punto per la ristorazione. In passato questo edificio era il magazzino del sale che fu costruito ben 300 anni fa, un complesso pre-industriale che nei tempi moderni era caduto in disuso. Il lavoro di ristrutturazione è stato un lavoro molto importante e di pregio, tanto è vero che il progetto ha vinto un prestigioso premio europeo dedicato all’architettura. Il tema ricorrente degli ambienti interni è il benessere. Tutti gli ambienti, le sale, il bar, la spa, sono stati progettati in maniera che infondono benessere anche solo alla visione delle stesse. Qui di seguito vi mostro gli interni di questo edificio appena ristrutturato.
