Las nubes, si bien son hidrometeoros originados por la condensación y congelación del vapor de agua contenido en la atmósfera, lo cierto es que poseen grandes diferencias en función del mecanismo que les da origen y de la altitud a la que se forman.
Son muy numerosos los tipos, especies y variedadesde nubes para representarlas a todas, pero acá les traigo algunos ejemplos de diferentes nubes (con sus nombres científicos), las cuales están organizadas en una secuencia que va desde las más bajas hasta las más altas.
