Yesterday, on my way back from Hulín, I stopped momentarily at the bridge over the creek. It's a former mill dam, but that's unimportant. I was interested to see how many bees were on the white flowers. And since I had my camera with me, I couldn't resist taking some close-ups of these insects.
Actually, they're not bees at all, but drone flies. Unlike bees, they don't sting or bite. But as pollinators, they're just as skilled.
The combination of white flowers and green leaves seemed like a nice background.
