It's been a long time since my last post about the Beskid Mountains aka the Beskids. Here we are, one day hike along the Morávka dam. Enjoy this spring photo-story 😉
Cover photo of this post: This is not mine. Someone takes a car to get to his or her cottage, some take a helicopter. Okay 😃
It is 8 AM, need to overcome this steep and muddy ascent.
Now the reward. Breakfast. No, it is not any intentional product placement, just a coincidence 😀
After the breakfast. Full of energy 😄
Wilderness of Beskids.
Love this solitude. So quite here. Okrouhlice (817 m.a.s.l.).
What is this!?
Oh, right. It's spring time. Young frogs. Well, frog eggs.
Zoom-zoom.
Now along the borderline with Slovakia. Though this is still Czechia side if not mistaken.
Border stone indicating Slovakia.
S*it happens 😆
Now back home, Czechia 😀
A view of Slovak side.
A lichen.
A view along the way.
Enjoying sunrays while meeting a good friend of mine who has got a cabin nearby.
A view of the mountain Lysá hora (the highest one of Beskids, 1323 m.a.s.l.). An hour past noon, better to set out.
Different spot, same icon - Lysá hora with a communication tower.
Still some (wet) snow in April.
Quarter to 4 PM. It is funny now. Do you remember the helicopter? Guess what 🤣 Perhaps its owner forgot to buy steaks & beer for the evening barbecue?
The spot I take the picture, just beneath the mountain Travný (1203 m.a.s.l.).
At cemetery, Pražmo village.
A few steps away, a statue of sitting Jesus Christ.
Careful! A bull in herd stock. This is the last shot of this hike.
