Returning to the Rokytne october...

PicsArt_10-06-03.54.37.jpg

From a good warm fairy tale on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, I moved for two hours to the autumn fairy tale of Lviv region. This is my favorite time - when I am surrounded by golden shades of leaves, which have already appeared well in early October in the woods on the hill of the village of Rokytne, in front of my garden.

Yesterday I walked among the green date and banana palms, swam in the sea and walked in summer clothes. And today, wearing warm jackets, we got on our scooters and went to the other side of the fast-flowing river to enjoy the last days of Indian summer, which this year is not so warm and very short. But the beauty of nature does not change!

My passion for photographing nature comes to life in October, when the yellow-green pictures are so diverse, and the fragrant carpet under my feet fills my soul with joy and sadness at the same time! Because in a few days start prolonged rains and cold ...

My daughters are also inspired to dive into this autumn gold, which helps to survive depression before the onset of persistent cold! While my girls take photos of each other, I go up to the mysterious forest, waiting for miracles!

And here are my first masterpieces - whimsical mushrooms on fallen trees. And then - the yellow leaves of green ivy. But the most beautiful color are beech leaves, which fall like wax underfoot ...

The autumn forest, illuminated by the setting sun, looks fabulous. Tall beeches and hornbeams seem to touch to the blue sky their branches!

And here is a unique find of my walk - a small purple bell, which is like a farewell gift of summer ...
When I took a photo in macro, it somehow changed color and turned blue!

I sit down on the ground to examine the snail shell, which shines like a precious treasure of the forest among the grass. How rich is nature, which selflessly gives people its amazing autumn creativity!

Darynka also sees miracles - this is a tree that looks like a giraffe. She could even ride a giraffe - do you see that?

And here is the last gift we take with us - a fragrant gray mushroom! That day it was the only edible mushroom we found :)

And happy, filled with the warmth of autumn, we go home, on the way we met a rare maple in our region, which has become a particularly important object for our collection "October in Rokytne 2021"

Life passes year after year...
This golden time in Ukraine is especially dear to my heart!

Thank you for your visit 😊
