Construction of 1916 with details in neoclassical and art nouveau styles, former seat of the City Hall of Curitiba. It has been restored, keeping the building's original features. Inside it is possible to see samples of the original painting and sections of the water drainage system through glass floors (before the City Hall building, the place housed the Municipal Market).
Today it is a cultural space, with cafe, bookstore, library, auditorium and exhibition halls and courses. It is listed by the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute - IPHAN.
