In Vorbereitung auf das Weihnachtsfest wollte ich der Hive Community auch besinnliche Feiertage und ein Frohes Weihnachtsfest wünschen. Dazu habe ich dieses Foto gemacht. Der Aufbau war eher simpel, Weihnachtskugel, Tannenzweig, Apfel und Dekostern auf einem schwarzen Untergrund arrangiert, mit einer Taschenlampe beleuchtet und eine Kamerarotation über sechs Steps gemacht. Hierzu nach jeder Belichtung die Kamera abdecken und zum nächsten Step drehen. Fertig ist der Weihnachtsgruß.
In preparation for Christmas, I wanted to wish the Hive Community a peaceful holiday season and a Merry Christmas. That's why I took this photo. The setup was rather simple: Christmas ball, fir branch, apple and decorative star arranged on a black background, lit with a torch and a camera rotation over six steps. To do this, cover the camera after each exposure and rotate to the next step. The Christmas greeting is finished.
Zur Weihnachtsvorbereitung gehört bei mir auch das Plätzchenbacken. Die auf den weiteren Bildern gezeigten Plätzchen sind nach folgendem Rezept gebacken:
250g Mehl
50g gemahlene Mandeln
100g Puderzucker
170g kalte Butter
eine Prise Salz
dazu benötigt man noch ca. 50g Puderzucker und Konfitüre. Am besten Johannisbeere
Die trockenen Zutaten in einer Schüssel mischen. Butter in Flocken dazugeben und 2-3 EL kaltes Wasser hinzufügen. Den Teig so lange verkneten, bis er geschmeidig ist. Dann den Teig in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und ca. 60 min in den Kühlschrank stellen. Danach ca. 2mm dünn ausrollen und die untere Plätzenform (ohne Loch) ausstechen und aufs Backblech legen. Nun bei jedem zweiten Keks die Öffnung ausstechen, entweder mit einem wesentlich kleinerem Ausstecher oder man benutzt grundsätzlich einen Spitzbubenausstecher. Die Plätzchen in den auf 200 Grad Celsius vorgeheizten Backofen geben und ca. 8min backen und abkühlen lassen. Dann die Konfitüre glatt rühren und auf die Plätzchen ohne Loch geben. Bevor nun die Löcherplätzchen darauf gesetzt werden, diese mit Puderzucker bestreuen. Nun könnte Ihr naschen.Ich wünsche Euch viel Spaß.
Baking cookies is also part of my Christmas preparations. The cookies shown in the other pictures are baked according to the following recipe:
250g flour
50g ground almonds
100g powdered sugar
170g cold butter
a pinch of salt
You will also need approx. 50g powdered sugar and jam. Currant is best.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the butter in flakes and 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. Knead the dough until it is smooth. Then wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for approx. 60 minutes. Then roll out to a thickness of approx. 2 mm and cut out the bottom cookie shape (without a hole) and place on the baking tray. Now cut out the opening for every second cookie, either with a much smaller cutter or always use a pointed biscuit cutter. Place the cookies in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for approx. 8 minutes and leave to cool. Then stir the jam until smooth and spread on the cookies without holes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before placing the perforated cookies on top. Now you can start snacking.I wish you lots of fun.
