This is a very popular recipe, I must confess that originally I don't know where it came from but I know it's a boom and many try to replicate it. Let's start with the Crispy Chicken which I've made several times here so I'll just mention how I did it. I took the chicken breast, seasoned it and then I made a breading technique with egg, flour, egg again and at the end a layer of ground cereal.

Esta es una receta muy popular, debo confesar que originalmente no sé de dónde proviene pero sé que es un boom y muchos tratan de replicarla. Vamos a empezar por el pollo Crispy algo que ya he hecho en varias ocasiones aquí así que sólo mencionaré cómo lo hice. Tomé la pechuga del pollo la sazoné y luego le hice una técnica de empanizado con huevo, harina, huevo de nuevo y al final una capa de cereal molido.

Now we go with the star sauce, the Parmesan garlic sauce, this is a very different version from one that I have tried. For this we are going to need - Cottage cheese - Mayonnaise - 2 garlic cloves - Parmesan - Melted butter We add all these ingredients to the blender and as a result we will have our sauce.

Ahora vamos con la salsa estrella, la salsa de ajo parmesano, esta es una versión muy diferente a una que yo he probado. Para esta vamos a necesitar - Queso cottage - Mayonesa - 2 dientes de ajo - Queso parmesano - Mantequilla derretida Todos estos ingredientes los añadimos a la batidora y como resultado tendremos nuestra salsa.

And we only put the sauce on top of our chicken and it is ready to enjoy.

Y a nuestro pollo solamente le colocamos la salsa por encima y está listo para disfrutar.
