(D) Die drei architektonisch interessanten Bilder sind in zweierlei Hinsicht neu; zum einen habe ich sie erst vor zwei Wochen bei einem Einkaufsbummel spontan mit meinem Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, als spontane Übung, aufgenommen. Zum anderen handelt es sich beim Hochhaus um das neueste fertiggestellte Gebäude in Zürich Oerlikon (Schweiz). Denn dort ist direkt am Bahnhof Oerlikon der 80 Meter hohe Franklinturm entstanden. Das Hochhaus ist so neu, dass seine Türen noch abgeschlossen und seine Räumlichkeiten noch ganz leer sind. Er profitiert von seiner Lage an einer der bedeutendsten Drehscheiben des öffentlichen Verkehrs und wird auf seiner Geschossfläche von fast 24000m² Büros und Gewerbe aus den Bereichen IT, Bildung und Gesundheit beherbergen, sowie ein vielfälltiges Angebot an Gastronomie, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeit.
(ENG) The three architecturally interesting pictures are new in two ways; firstly, I took them spontaneously with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, as an impromptu exercise, only a fortnight ago during a shopping trip. Secondly, the high-rise is the latest completed building in Zurich Oerlikon (Switzerland). This is because the 80-metre-high Franklinturm has been built there directly at Oerlikon station. The high-rise is so new that its doors are still locked and its premises are still completely empty. It benefits from its location at one of the most important hubs of public transport and will house offices and businesses from the IT, education and health sectors on its floor area of almost 24,000m², as well as a wide range of gastronomy, shopping and leisure facilities.
(ESP) Las tres fotos de interés arquitectónico son nuevas por dos motivos: en primer lugar, las tomé espontáneamente con mi Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, como ejercicio improvisado, hace solo quince días durante un viaje de compras. En segundo lugar, el rascacielos es el último edificio terminado en Zúrich Oerlikon (Suiza). Y es que el Franklinturm, de 80 metros de altura, se ha construido allí, directamente en la estación de Oerlikon. El rascacielos es tan nuevo que sus puertas aún están cerradas y sus instalaciones siguen completamente vacías. Se beneficia de su ubicación en uno de los nudos más importantes del transporte público y albergará oficinas y empresas de los sectores informático, educativo y sanitario en su superficie de casi 24.000 m², así como una amplia oferta gastronómica, comercial y de ocio.
