What do you know about photography?
And why does everyone love photography so much?

These two questions are problem topics that we must resolve in this post. And that is also a title in this episode.

All right, let's move on...

(Evening sun over reservoir dam)

It has become a tradition in the writing process that every thing that is discussed or known should have to know the name and the cause and effect of giving the name itself.

Photography itself is a name that is commonly mentioned by everyone who is a lover of art. Therefore, people will know if they know the origin of the gift of a word or sentence that will be published.

In general, it is said by art experts and also other experts that photography itself comes from the one language, namely English.

Photography in English is Photo, while graphy itself is adopted in ancient Greek, namely Grafo while the meaning of Grafo is defined as painting so that when the two are combined into photo painting, the conclusion from seeing the sentence is painting with a photo.

(Evening sun on breakwater rock)

By knowing the explanation of the source of the name, the answer to question no.1 has been answered automatically, then when he answered the second question, of course he also understood the meaning. Painting itself is an art or someone's skill in creating something from a certain person's imagination in pouring it into an object, yes, of course everyone will like the results of their imagination and the results of painting with photos are very interesting and creative, so that it becomes one of the bases for people to love a person photography.

Likewise, a work that comes from a photo is also said to be the result of a painting even though it does not use tools that are often used by painters, but the result of a person's photo also requires imagination and skill in taking and forming an image in a large area, or when there is support from the light effect that comes from nature itself or other needs that can support the brightness of the image so as to produce good and lively creations.

If abbreviated or simplified the answer like this...

(The afternoon sun and the birds look very familiar)

If a painter wants to express his ideas, of course he will prepare canvases, paints, painting tools and other materials for painting, and the most important thing is that he has prepared in advance a story in his heart or mind (imagination) so he will give a feeling of sadness or tragedy sadness towards his canvas, on the other hand, he will radiate happy emotions when he wants to paint a cheerful story on his canvas and so on.

Similarly, for a Photographer he has also prepared all the painting tools such as canvas, paint, painting tools but in the form of a camera that he has. While the materials that can be painted have also been prepared in his soul before aiming something, then when faced with the object he has chosen he will also try his best in pouring nature or other into a photo, and he can also do an object sad or cheerful with the emotion of his mind in editing a photo to look and produce according to his heart's desire.

In conclusion, between the painter (manual) and the Photographer, the way he works looks different, although some are different but the mechanism of his work on an object aims to produce imagination and reality. Both strive in producing beautiful paintings whether manually or easily (automatically).

(Stones with shades of the afternoon sun)

Try to pay attention to every image that I have uploaded in this post. In these photos, there are several objects in the image such as:

  1. The sun is red in the afternoon with a different red color
  2. The sky is blue even though there is a red color from one particular source, namely the sun, the point is that nature is incomplete without the sun
  3. The atmosphere was even more lively when the birds that were visible from a distance added black along with other colors
  4. The atmosphere must be more alive when the trees, babatuan and people who are active are busy.

When the objects mentioned above become complete in a picture or painting, a life that is being lived is created. So manual painters will try to make (paint) each object look good and real or alive when pouring their ideas into paper or canvas.

Likewise, a photographer will also try with all his techniques to encapsulate each object into a frame so that the painting with the camera looks elegant and imagined.

(Trees, evening sun and people)

I myself have tried my best to encapsulate several objects into one frame so that they look real or live with different meanings when someone sees the results of my drawings and then they describe them in their respective imaginations.

Me, you, or other people when they see this photo that has been painted with this smartphone camera, of course there are different ways to describe the story in this photo. There will be no wrong answer if everyone has a different way of describing it because everyone has different characteristics or ways of thinking as long as they are still in the same context. So in this case it is said the horizon thinks in concluding a picture.

Sorry if my writing confuses you when reading it and concludes it, this is what is called art which sometimes makes us confused. This has also happened to people before when they saw a work but did not understand it. Yet in our day we are able to answer the riddle in a photograph that dates back to ancient times.

Therefore, I hope that you are entertained and that being yourself is a better thing.
