More Fall in Vermont and new Garage drone shots

Took to the air to get some shots of our new garage under construction. Of course before I got to the garage, I couldn't help but grab a few shots of the neighborhood and some nearby houses.

Colors are really popping and just starting to fade a bit and fall off the trees. Another few weeks and most will be down. Still a wonderous site. Fall is my favorite time of year.

Nearby pond within flight range. Love the colors and view of the valley.

Here's some shots of the garage construction starting. It will be a 2-car garage size with a single extra wide garage door for both bays, a couple windows, and a walk-thru door. Half will be used for parking the other half for storage and workshop.

Of course here the ground moves a lot with freeze and unfreeze. There's also a lot of water during "mud season" in the spring. Hence there's a significant 3-4 ft deep concrete"footings" required around the edges of what will be the concrete floor, and gravel base to drain water, keep it solid and have the building last. We're hoping building a more permanent structure will also improve the property value.

Here's another view (with trees).

And just because the colors nice.

And then for those that stuck to the end, my favorite shot of the year.
Warning! I may post this again, lol.
