This is the ceiling of the temple of the sun, in Ritan park, Beijing, China.
It is one of the five famous altars of the city built in 1530, which was the venue where the emperors offered sacrifice to the Sun during Ming and Qing Dynasties.
It was devastated then reconstructed in 1951.
Since then, we can admire these intricate details.
