Buenos Aires, Argentina (5 pics)

Buenos Aires, Argentina, it is one of the most visited city of South America, if not the most visited one.

The city is known for its multiculturalism, eclectic European architecture and rich cultural life.

The Cabildo of Buenos Aires that is nowadays an interesting museum, was once the seat of the town council during the colonial era and the government house.

It now contains historical paintings, artifacts, clothes and jewelry of the 18th century.

Nice place to visit if you want to learn more about the Argentinian revolution.

The Casa Rosada is the seat of the president, it is also called Casa de Gobierno or Government House

The building is also the house of a nice museum that contains objects related to former presidents of Argentina.

Everyday, you can also attend the raising or lowering of the flag in front of the building.

The Puente de la Mujer or Woman's Bridge is a rotating footbridge in the commercial district of Buenos Aires.

Don't know about the artist inspiration, but I have been told that the name of the bridge is related to the number of women name street in the area. Ouf !

The Palacio de Justicia or Palacio de Tribunales is impressive to see.

It was constructed between 1905 and 1910 in an eclectic neoclassical style.

I wonder the number of trials in this city to have such a big building to host the Palace of Justice.
