The other day, I took a trip out of town to the central part of Kenya. I had taken someone who wanted to purchase some land. I took some pictures with my Canon g7x
This was one of those relaxing trips where nothing much was happening. This land has been idle in so many ways in that nothing is growing. The land is arable but the distance between one house and another is about a kilometre. The land was pretty desolate and deserted and it is crazy to think that in the next few years there could be residential areas there. Here are some pictures that I took.
In Kenya, land really appreciates very fast so it is always a great thing to buy a few tracts and wait for a few years because it even appreciates with 1000%
