Asian pigeonwings known as Clitoria ternatea is a unique plant in Asia as well as in Sri Lanka. The flowers of this plant are blue or purple in color. In Sri Lanka, this plant is used as a medicine. This native plant species is highly valued by Sri Lankan people who dry and drink the flowers of this plant. It is also used to add blue color to foods.
Finally, we want to add aesthetic value to the beauty of Asian pigeonwings flowers in the natural environment. They can also be used in landscaping. I have taken some pictures of this plant that I have grown at home. It is below.
