A Macro Shoot with Limited Gears

Let's start. Well, I didn't ask how are you guys? I hope everyone is fine. Close-up shots of flowers are my favorite shots. That's a different matter, I don't have any good tele or macro lens, still I am busy trying to get some results from the kit I have.

Today once again I reached my balcony. There is no sunlight in the balcony all day. Sunlight comes only in the morning and goes away by 8 in the morning because a big building next to our house blocks the sunlight.

First I took some close-up shots of the flowers with the help of 55-250mm lens. After which I reversed the lens with the help of the reverse ring on the camera. I am liking this reverse ring so much that I set it on the camera almost every day for photography.

Today I bought Dhak flowers which is called Butea monosperma in English. This flower also has a very beautiful name in Hindi ‘Palash’. Today when I went to buy curd, I found these flowers broken under the Dhak tree. Without wasting any time, I brought them home.

There are some other flowers which live in pots only. My favorite is this pink flower which is very small. If I did not have the reverse ring, I would never have been able to click the photo of this small flower. I don't know what it is called in your place but in our place this yellow flower is called lantern flower which is exactly like turmeric powder.

I just want to share this much information with you. And now enjoy the photos. Although these photos are not as amazing as they should be, but I am also moving towards becoming a professional. Maybe I have to click another 10 lakh photos to click a good one.
