Ramdom Photos

Today I'm going to throw a mix of photos in this post, without any connection between them as it's time for another photo post.

One of the things I like to photograph is my African violets, when they start blooming. The leaves themselves are spectacular, but the buds are even better. Those tiny, hairy things are quite funny.

These photos were taken last year in December and I never got to post them.

Then last year, the same time I was lucky to catch the frozen roses, which was a miracle. Once because roses are usually cut down at the end of the gardening season, by the time of the first snow or frost, there's nothing left. Secondly, because there was snow or frost early, while the roses were still decent.

Melting show, transforming into ice. This is from last year. We haven't had snow yet, although today I saw a few snowflakes. It's highly unlikely to get snow till Christmas as temperatures will be over zero, which is not cold enough. It's a shame though as kids will spend their winter holiday without snow, unless parents can afford to go to the mountains. We always had snow when we were kids and had a lot of fun each year.

Pines will stay green though.

There are some terrible losses here, I don't know if these leaves had become lunch for someone, or it's been an accidents, bit most of it was gone when I took the photo.

Rose leaves are the most beautiful during autumn. I'm not sure if all the rose leaves turn this colorful during autumn, but this one that is in the park does. Maybe just for me as they know I love colorful leaves 😂

Raindrops and a crappy photo. I tried my best to capture the raindrops, but the wind was blowing and the photo is not as sharp as it should be. Maybe next time.

I took this photo last year, the day after Christmas, which is strange as that time of the year there are no buds. I have no idea what this is. Looks like some kind of bud though. I never went back to that place to see this plant during summer. Shame on me. I have so many things to learn about nature.

Moss, another interesting creature of nature. It always amazes me, both the color and the shape.

I tried to mix the photos today, although there's no black and white or architecture in this post. It's time to get out and do some new photo shoots, before the show comes. Between the gloomy days, there are nice, sunny days too, it's time to make the most of those.
