This is one of my favourite captures from this entire hike. The turquoise lake water, as seen from between these Birch trees. Love it! A welcome treat to end this hiking journey. On this day we hiked up Yates mountain to the Prairie view lookout, then came down via Jewel pass. What a day it was. By this time, I was rather tuckered out, and looking forward to sitting down in the car. It had literally between about 2.5 hours since snack time at the top.
