Lovely set of photos!
I spent a good chunk of last year taking photos of the protests here in Louisville, Kentucky (US). Towards the end of that it got to where I had to overcome a heavy sense of dread to go back out. Each time we made it home safely just made it seem that much more likely that the next time would be when something bad happened. Still kept going, probably wouldn't have been able to forgive myself if I'd sat it out.
