If I had to declare one factor that has always influenced and inspired my work, it would be the streets of my city. I noticed this while walking around my neighborhood with my cell phone camera on. After several shots, I wouldn't know how to rate these photos. Street, architectural or natural landscape photography?
This very curious event takes place in Cuba. Perhaps it is because of the little urbanization of the country in general. Other factors could be environmental awareness or a simple tradition in the Cuban people. As a result, we have many houses that have been designed to include plants in their ornament, but these plants are exuberant and numerous, causing that everywhere you look you can find that perfect combination between concrete and the color green. It's definitely one of the things I like most about my country.

Si tuviera que declarar un factor que haya influido e inspirado siempre mi trabajo, serían las calles de mi ciudad. Me dí cuenta de esto mientras caminaba alrededor de mi vecindario con la cámara del celular encendida. Tras varias tomas, no sabría como calificar estas fotos. ¿Fotografía callejera, arquitectónica o de paisajes naturales?
En Cuba ocurre este suceso tan curioso. Quizás sea por la poca urbanización del país en general. Otros factores podrían ser la conciencia ambiental o una simple tradición en el pueblo cubano. Como resultado, tenemos muchas casas que han sido diseñadas para incluir a las plantas en su ornamento, pero estas plantas son exhuberantes y numerosas, provocando que a donde sea que mires puedes encontrarte esa combinación perfecta entre concreto y el color verde. Definitivamente es una de las cosas que más me gustan de mi país.
