When visiting the old ruins the best place to park is at this hotel. Its named after the tallest mountain in the area Ben Lawers which is the tallest peak you can see in the background of these 2 photos.

The hotel is a great place to base yourself if you plan on doing some hillwalking or wandering around the picturesque lakeside. It also has a beer garden if you just feel like stopping for a quick pint and a bite to eat.
