A stroll through Maria Luisa Park in Seville in springtime

Visiting the city of Seville for me is always a great experience because of the beauty that gives the course of the Guadalquivir River, making its way through the city and providing magical moments like the sunsets in the vicinity of the Golden Tower.

But not far from the Golden Tower, I love to visit the Plaza de España in Seville. I think it is the most beautiful Spanish square I have ever seen and I have visited all the provincial capitals of my country.

The Plaza de España is located on the edge of Maria Luisa Park, where in April the temperature is already very pleasant and walking among ancient trees is a rest for the mind and you forget you are in the city.

The amount of birds that we can find in the park is very varied, being the pigeons the most numerous. It is incredible how many pigeons there are.

Many of them are already very accustomed to humans and do not flinch when you take a picture of them up close.

Just like the ducks that are in the duck island, in the middle of the park. Incredible how close it allowed me to get and how this wonderful duck stared at the lens.

Anyway, visiting Seville and, in particular, the Maria Luisa Park with its Plaza de España is always a pleasure and on many occasions one can even enjoy an open-air flamenco show.

Best regards.
