I took this photo several years ago during a night photo walk in the center of St. Petersburg. I didn't have a tripod with me. For long exposure shots, I tried to use some surfaces. For this shot, I used the granite parapet of the bridge. Maybe not a very artistic photo. But for some reason it so happened that in this place I took more than one photo. They were all made at different times and under different circumstances. This is the only photo taken with a long exposure. The smoothed water surface makes this look more interesting in my opinion.
