If Anyone Is Looking For Superman!

Spring shows its long-awaited face, even if sparingly at the moment. I don't think it's the same everywhere and that's why I want to tell you how it is in Eastern Europe where a piece of land is and the country where I live.

After a mixed winter, a winter in threes, that is, an interweaving of autumn, winter, spring now, we can finally say that we have a late spring. The seasons have mixed and changed, no longer resembling those of my childhood (that is, fifty years ago!).

The grass has grown, the flowers have blossomed and so have the trees, they have blossomed and leafed, but the temperature is still low and the sun is not very visible. As I catch a beautiful day I run for a walk, a walk through the most beautiful surroundings.

One of the most attractive challenges I enjoyed participating in regularly was #wednesdaywalk, proposed by my friend @tattoodjay. A great photographer! I haven't written for this challenge for a long time, especially since @tattoodjay was missing a few months from here and I don't like to write in challenges that no longer have guidance.

Now I saw that @tattoodjay is back, spring has come and Wednesday's walk can start again.

Only ten minutes drive from my house is a beautiful estate, a palace, and its gardens. It belonged to kings and princesses and now, after they all left, it has become a museum and a place to walk. A grandiose garden of several hectares of forest, lake, and meadows.

The best place for a Wednesday walk with the family and especially for my niece, Ilinca, who is only a year and a half old.

I didn't even start the walk well and I found Superman! I think Superman has been missing for a while, at least I haven't seen him in a few years, and I think many of you are wondering what happened to him.

It seems a bit wrinkled, who knows who fought here. I have a suspicion that he fought Dracula because this is Dracula's country.

Although it is Dracula's country, in this garden where we walk now it's the land of dandelions! I've never seen so many in one place before and that's why I want to show you now.

Dandelion garden!

I'm glad I managed to get to the right time, when the fields were full of flowering dandelions. Also, the grass is cut regularly and this decapitates all the flowers.

Knowing that this beauty is ephemeral, I hurried to catch as many flowers as possible. Flower fields!

I have to get to the places where the mowing of the grass has not started yet, that is, near the main alley for walking. Luckily for us, we arrived very early in the morning and the alley was deserted.

Why did I end up in this garden anyway? For little Ilinca who is a big fan of outdoor walking. Walking with Ilinca is not easy because she moves chaotically and always in a different direction than we want, but that doesn't matter because we all had something to gain.

Most important for Ilinca. She is now learning what the world is.

Because I talked about challenges, this walk reminded me of another famous challenge, also related to one day of the week. A day that just passed, #treethusday's @old-guy-photos. The rules are flexible and that's why I will post and for this challenge, especially since I met some trees that can say that they inspired me. Because both challenges are for photography.

I made this deviation from the subject of dandelion because of these silver poplars that caught my eye.

Now back to the dandelions!

Gold in the grass. It needs to be looked at more closely.

Dandelion I think is the most common flower. it grows everywhere and blooms from early spring to early winter. Always in the grass of the gardens, at the roadside, it is often ignored because it is singular. When there are whole fields of flowers, like in the palace garden, everything becomes spectacular. I hope you agree with that.
