We are in my hometown: Chiavari (Liguria, Italy).
It was a lazy hot august day.
In summer, at the sea, I don't take with me the camera (except at sunset). That day I changed my mind, and I took Nikon camera with me.
Air was dry and sea shone, with all the shades of green.
Walking along the promenade, I watched a faraway boat with dark sails, so I took this pic to show the vastness of the brilliant sea.
I like the sea but, as you know, I prefer mountains. However, I feel the sea (and the ocean) like an horizontal mountain: it has only a different form of wilderness and loneliness.
