Today I present to you sumptuous views of my mountains, from the summit of Semnoz near Annecy, taken the last weekend of November this year as thick fog covered Annecy and all the surrounding valleys,
It is the chain of Mont-Blanc that you can see at the back with its snow-capped peaks
Aujourd'hui je vous présente des vues somptueuses de mes montagnes, depuis le sommet du Semnoz près d'Annecy, prises le dernier week-end de novembre cette année alors que le brouillard épais recouvrait Annecy et toutes les vallées environnantes,
C'est la chaine du Mont-Blanc que vous apercevez à l'arrière avec ses sommets enneigés
We had taken a little height in order to taste the sweetness of this end of autumn with which the month of November pampered us this year...
Nous avions pris un peu de hauteur afin de gouter la douceur de cette fin d'automne dont le mois de Novembre nous a gaté cette année....
The first snows fell on December 1st, these photos were taken 2 days before, it reigned a mild temperature thanks to the sun which was warming valiantly, and even if I went on this mountain dozens and dozens of times, it is the best time I had in front of this sumptuous view with perfect temperature, and no wind ....
Les premières neiges sont tombées le 1er Décembre, ces photos ont été prises 2 jours avant, il régnait une douce température grâce aux soleil qui chauffait vaillamment, et même si je suis montée sur ce plateau des dizaines et des dizaines de fois, c'est le meilleur moment que j'ai passé devant cette vue somptueuse avec une température parfaite, et aucun vent....
because the wind often blows here, and in winter it is rather freezing, but not that day, the sea of fog spread out before our eyes in this panoramic landscape that I let you admire on these images ...
car souvent le vent souffle ici, et en hiver c'est plutôt glacial, mais pas ce jour là, la mer de brouillard s'étalait sous nos yeux dans ce paysage panoramique que je vous laisse admirer sur ces images...
We went there at around 10 a.m., and this was well done because two hours later on the way back down, we saw lot of cars pouring in from the valley, each one wanting to receive their little sunny part and move away for a few hours of a day filled with a wet and gray fog ...
Nous sommes montés vers les 10h, et grand bien nous a pris car deux heures plus tard en redescendant, nous avons vu les voitures affluer de la vallée, chacun voulant recevoir sa petite part ensoleillée et s'éloigner le temps de quelques heures d'un brouillard humide et gris...
The ski lifts were not working of course, and I doubt that it will work for a long time given the current situation .... in France, the stations will have the right to open but the ski lifts and public facilities will remain closed. LoL ... a French bizarrerie...😁
Les remontées mécaniques ne fonctionnaient pas bien sûr, et je doute qu'elle fonctionne avant longtemps étant donné la situation actuelle .... en France, les stations auront le droit d'ouvrir mais les remontées mécaniques et les équipements collectifs resteront fermés..LoL...une incohérence à la française 🤪
