Gaury wrote to me on social media that she wanted to participate in our monthly event, but she was afraid of arriving as a stranger, since she didn't know anyone. I explained to her that all the (now) regular members of the safaris had experienced that feeling and she didn't have to worry, because she was going to enjoy the experience. So as soon as she arrived, we made her feel comfortable and even another guest accompanied her the entire time, while they took turns having my photographer colleagues take photos of both of them. This sequence that I show below is from when we took advantage of the steel columns of the installation where we were, with the classic poses and using the external flash to improve lighting and contrast. Gaury me escribió por redes sociales que quería participar en nuestro evento mensual, pero temía llegar como una extraña, ya que no conocía a nadie. Yo le expliqué que por ese sentimiento habían pasado todos los integrantes -ya usuales- en los safaris y no tenía que preocuparse, porque iba a disfrutar de la experiencia. Así que en cuanto llegó, la hicimos sentir cómoda e incluso otra invitada la acompañó todo el tiempo, mientras se turnaban para que los colegas fotógrafos les hicieran fotos a ambas. Esta secuencia que muestro a continuación es de cuando aprovechamos las columnas de acero de la instalación donde estábamos, con las clásicas poses y usando el flash externo para mejorar la iluminación y el contraste.
