Dailen stood nervously at the edge of the dock. That afternoon a cold front entered from the north, with an annoying wind and very cloudy skies. I thought that was why she was trembling and tense, but when I asked her the reason for her expression, she told me that she didn't feel good so close to that part of the dock because the water on the other side of the edge was very dark and seemed very deep there. So I then told her to sit on the floor using the edge as a backrest to lean on. When she fulfilled my request, the release of tension was immediately noticeable. Although you see her serious in these photos, believe me, she was very relaxed and smiling after the change in position. Mission accomplished!
Dailen estaba nerviosa al borde del muelle. Esa tarde entraba un frente frío desde el norte, con un viento molesto y cielos muy nublados. Yo pensaba que por ese motivo ella estaba temblorosa y tensa, pero al preguntarle el porqué de su expresión, me dijo que no se sentía bien tan cerca de esa parte del muelle pues el agua del otro lado del borde era muy oscura y parecía muy profundo ahí. Así que yo le dije entonces que se sentara en el suelo usando el borde como un respaldo para recostarse. Al ella cumplir mi pedido, enseguida se le notó la liberación de la tensión. Aunque la vean seria en estas fotos, créanme que estaba muy relajada y risueña después del cambio de posición. Misión cumplida!
