Minimalist lifestyle help my Physical and Emotional well-being

In my family everyone knows the things I like and the reasons why I don't like some, I spelled it out so everyone could understand me, I'm always aware every time I go out, I'll take my time to look at myself in the mirror. if I look exactly how I want to look or if my dress is not my size, once I stand in the mirror and look at myself, I will know what I should do if I am going to change my clothes or if it is what I need to get used to where I was going.

My mental self never stops to work, it talks to me if something is wrong, why am I saying this, once I attended an event, it was a birthday party of a friend of our family, I was among the people who served food to the guest, At first I and others were bringing the food to the table, but when I saw the rush that everyone bringing the meals used, I had to stood there and place the food in the food jar very well on the table i think all the meals might just fall down because of how the people bringing them rush to put them down, i decided to add minimalism to it so that none of the food jars could fall.

I allowed my physical state of mind to do the work for me, that's why I was able to identify that someone needs to be on the lookout and not everyone needs to bring meals, freedom is being free, out of obstruction, barriers and unwanted desire in our state of mind, what i feel right now is not the same with what the next person is thinking, i set my movements because the things i see are good for me.

I noticed that I hardly go out in the morning without bowing down and praying and if at any time I go out without bowing down and praying my emotions would not allow me to rest, why does this happen? It is because praying before going out is what I always do then my emotional well-being will communicate to me about certain things that I stopped doing, I have noticed that every time I think too much my heart will be beating and until I slow down my thoughts is when I will have a normal heartbeat, minimalist lifestyle is good as it makes us awesome and less tedious.

If I'm going to watch a movie I make sure it's the kind of movies I like and once I've seen it all that would be enough for me I won't have time to watch another one unless it's for another day the reason is because I have satisfied the feelings in me that need to see that movie, so I'll just have to watch another one another day, I see too much of things as something that is not good to consider, applying minimalism in all our roles would help and guide us perfectly.
