For a while they don’t call my attention, but that change when I saw a specific video of them, Blood, Sweat and Tears, the photography of the video is so gorgeous that I couldn’t resist to search about them and I took a huge surprise.

I start to watch more videos and listen their music; I realize that the videos have a deeper context and not just a pretty scenography, I found out that almost their entire discography is based on a book, like the artist of the progressive rock from the 70`S, like Animals of Pink Floyd that album is inspired by The Farm of George Orwell, or Dimond Dogs of David Bowie, he inspired on 1984 by the same author, BTS involve the discography on Demian by Herman Hesse, the book told us a history about Emil a boy who is tring to define who he is, on that journey he try to accept all the parts on him, even the darkest one, achieving a self-realization on the end of the book.

The entire discography and lyrics is involved of symbology of that book, we can´t interpret them like something that is happened on real time because are very subrealistic, to interpret them we need to see then like a dream, the book author based on the analytic psychology of Carl Jung, which forms part of the modern psychotherapy and something that characterizes it is the interpretation of dreams.

All this work, how they are creative invold on almost the entire project, how they writte songs whit a with a literary background, not only whit Demian they also have songs inspiderd on others books or stories like The Truth Untold, inspired on La Citta Di Smeraldo a sad and romantic italian history, or Buttlefly usesd it some alegories to Kafka of Haruki Murakami, or Pied Pieper is a song dedícate to thet fan base, Army, making reference to the flutist of the brothers Grimm.

The massage of self-acceptation that they gives us on their music, even the songs of protest like Silver Spoon, Not Today or No More Dream, that talk about the social injustices or how the youth have a hard path to make something worth it, the message that they delivered is beautiful and quite different of other artist, on the way that I see is very ambitious and new do a project whit that level of complexity.
