From my point of view, he is the best composer of epic soundtracks. Arguments in these creations from his films "Gladiator" (a true masterpiece!), "King Arthur", "Rain man", "Armageddon" and "Black hawk down". Movies that i can't conceive without their soundtracks. He is a master of integrating traditional music from different parts of the world, such as Africa, Myanmar and Japan. A perfectionist but also a professional. One of the only German composers to make waves in America, he managed to leave a valuable mark on Hollywood that will remain imprinted for a long time. He had and will have a long and flourishing career.
