I can't believe it's already fall. Some of the local trees are starting to change color already. I'm lucky living where I am though because it doesn't every really get very cold. Every now and again you need a jacket in early morning or on a stormy day. I most certainly don't miss the snow, so it's one of the perks of southern California! As long as you can put up with the horrific traffic, occasional earthquakes, and some smog it's not too bad...
I very nearly forgot today was Hive Power Up Day, until I saw a couple posts and decided I had best go ahead and get mine done as well. I am still trying to reach dolphin status as organically as possible, and the only Hive I had I moved in from outside this morning. So I only put in ten to try to keep it as organic as possible until I hit that five thousand HP which is very, very close! After the ten Hive power up I have 4,878 total HP. Hopefully I'll move into dolphin category next week!
Tuesday has rolled around again so I'll be sharing yet another Three Tune Tuesday. I generally like to have an idea of what I'm going to share when Tuesday rolls around. Today I honestly just haven't had much time to think about it. I've seen a couple great post done today, I really liked @bozz 's today honoring Kris Kristofferson who just passed away this week. He was a great actor as well as singer/ songwriter. he will be missed, rest in peace. But since @bozz covered that loss I think I'll just throw in some fun songs in Spanish that I've heard the last few days. I know not all of you speak the language but they are still great songs. I'll think I'll kick it off with some Shakira from before she became a blonde superstar.

May people only recognize the Colombian singer/songwriter as a blond, but I thought she always looked better as a brunette. Her first two albums failed to get much attention, but her third album "Pies Descalzos" (Bare Feet) made her a big star throughout the Latin American music world. Her fourth album only made her more famous and broke her into the English speaking market. The name of the album was "Dónde Están los Ladrones?" (Where Are The Thieves?) released in 1998 had multiple hit songs, one of which was this one, "Ojos Así" ( Eye Like Yours):

This band formed in 1996 in San Sebastián, Spain and the band's name translates as Van Gogh's Ear. It wasn't long before they were signed to a record deal and their first album "Dile al sol" (Tell the sun) was popular in Spain but failed to gain as much traction elsewhere. But their second album "El Viaje de Copperpot" (Copperpot's Journey) gained them a world wide following. The name of the album referring to the movie by Steven Spielberg "The Goonies" when the group of kids found Copperpot's skeleton in the tunnels leading to the treasure. It's a great movie if you haven't seen it! Off the second album came this song: "Cuídate" (Take care):

Julieta is a Mexican singer/songwriter that became well known with the release of her second album "Bueninvento" (Good invention) but her third made her a huge star across the Spanish speaking world.
