Greetings to all after a long period!
So far, I have not been able to combine my main job and hobby, so I write to the blog extremely rarely. For that, I really hope that my reviews do not go unnoticed by the reader and music lover.
So. I propose this time to say "HELLO!!!" rock band Halestorm and meet with open arms their offspring, called "Back from the Dead".
By the way, this is the musicians' fifth studio work and… damn it, I liked it.
I am far from being a fan of the current chosen by the musicians, but Lzzy Hale's voice is so furious, insightful, emotional and beautiful that it is quite difficult to switch the track in which she performs vocal parts.
"Back from the Dead" is an excellent "dynamite" hard rock, in the tracklist of which each song blows up the brain and fantasy, while attracting Lizzy's chic parts and not bad solos. Listening to such music as a background while you are preparing a meal or walking is strictly prohibited. This is even a kind of disrespect for this work and the musicians themselves.
I would call "Back from the Dead" the best studio work that came out from under the wing of Halestorm. On the disc, of course, there are numbers that stand out from the rest, but all the songs complement each other perfectly.
Directly hands "itch" to single out individual compositions. But I won't do it on purpose, because I advise you to listen to the whole record. This work is awesome, and I think that the ardent fans of this band were more than satisfied with the result of the work of these guys.
I definitely recommend the album. Listen at least once - and only then you will understand why I highly recommend it for review.
