Songs dedicated to a Friend, still wishing her happiness.

Hello to all who joins todays #threetunetuesday or #TTT hosted by @ablaze and if you wanted to here is *the jist to follow;

Every Tuesday I'm going to share 3 songs which I like to listen to and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post and I'll come and find the post and upvote it. If you could also use #threetunetuesday tag that would be great, as that is what I use when sifting through all the entries every Wednesday. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. You'll also be in with a chance of winning the prize - more on that later.

You make check his recommended choice of music For this 86th week here. , with the choses artist Paul Brady.

And I was the first time posting here and even sharing my choice of music. I'd been thinking of writing since last year but wasn't able to.
Yet, today for the first time, here it is.................;

Those were the days by Mary Hopkin
You might be wondering why I love this song though it was released years before I was born. Google says it's 1969.
I was upset these past few weeks because of my best Friend. We have known each other for decades. We treated each other like sisters; we shared success, happiness, and even heartaches—the only person who knew all my naughtiness during my younger years. Yet, I was severely hurt when she suddenly decided to cut communication with me. We never argued, perfectly fine since the last we talked, which is almost a year from now. I was clueless and felt ghosted.

We remembered our college days as the typical teenager we were. I would spend time drinking while talking about some silly things. Anything under the sun, we could even converse the whole day without running out of topics. Perhaps we would burst into tears once drunk? How good those days were!
Yet, as we chose to live the way we wanted as we took the path of our choice, I don't know what happened next. I just woke up, finding myself lost.
I pictured still having her by my side till we get old but after what I had to conclude seemed, I could say those were the days, my Friend Source

One Friend by Dan Seals
As the lyrics says;

Someone who understands me
And knows me inside out
Helps keep me together
And believes without a doubt

There are some things that you can tell a friend but not your family as you feel it was had to do so. Right? They are our freedom someone we could voice out. Thus, she is one of those people who know me better. She could tell what was running into my mind by glancing at my reaction or through my eyes. One of those who encourage me and believe in myself.
Even though I have my conclusion now, I am still not losing hope that maybe she is just taking time into something. That she would contact me again; it's still her I consider my one friend.

My wish for you by Rascal Flatts

As much as I wanted her, if she wanted me to kick out of her life, this was my wish. Hope she will be happy for today and the rest of the days.
