Today I want to talk about something that is quite disturbing and that is a question that many people ask themselves, and that perhaps the answer is usually very personal and different from that of many other people.
What happened to the music? What has been the factor that has brought it to what today occupies the first places on all platforms?
Well, you have to be objective and understand that all the music made today belongs to the genres that we listen to or that occupy the first places on the billboard, especially in Latin America, what do I mean by this? Simple ... that not everyone is doing reggaeton and trap, there is current music that is not included in those rhythms and but that does not occupy the first places of the platforms either.
Now, can reggaeton be considered better music than r & b, or could pop be considered better music than country? The answer to this will depend on the criteria and taste of each person.
My personal opinion is that reggaeton will never seem better to me than r & b or jazz, never ... be careful, it's my personal opinion, speaking as a person and even more so as a musician.
Now, what can I think of the music industry today? (Labels, platforms and executives) I think that for many years, since the reggaeton wave emerged, they have been experimenting and testing the receptivity of the public, an experiment both of "how much do people like it?" And that "how much money is leaving us what people like?", Because the answer is simple and you already know it.
Clearly reggaeton or urban music, have caused an impact on society "NEGATIVE" From the moral point of view, which only promotes its monotheme which is sex, but sadly and unfortunately that is what the majority of society is consuming today, therefore, the industry will continue to bet, promote and publicize what society is consuming, because it is what is generating money for what is known as industry.
I have nothing against reggaeton, but I do have a lot to feel about its lyrics and the damage it has caused in society.
Is there better music than reggaeton for me? The answer is that when we talk about music, we mean a compound, harmony, rhythm, dynamics, intention and lyrics.
And simple, having something to think about reggaetón lyrics I definitely like other genres much more.
And to finish and answer the question of the title, I consider that music has evolved, nowadays there are great musicians, artists and even new genres and ramifications of them, there are great composers, singer-songwriters and others, they just don't have the same promotion because it is not what Latin society wants to hear.
Music has not regressed, it is society that has gone into moral decline

Buenas noches amigos, como están? Yo espero que estén muy bien y que haya tenido un magnífico día.
Hoy quiero hablar sobre algo que es bastante inquietante y que es una pregunta que muchas personas se hace, y que quizás la respuesta suele ser muy personal y diferente a la de muchas otras personas.
Que ha pasado con la música? Cual ha sido el factor que la ha traído hasta lo que hoy en día ocupa los primeros lugares en todas las plataformas?
Bueno, hay que ser objetivos y entender que la totalidad de la música hecha hoy en día pertenece a los géneros que escuchamos o que ocupan los primeros lugares de la cartelera sobre todo en Latinoamérica, que quiero decir con esto? Simple.. que no todo el mundo está haciendo reggaetón y trap, hay música actual que no está comprendido en esos ritmos y pero que tampoco ocupan los primeros lugares de las plataformas.
Ahora bien, se puede considerar el reggaetón mejor música que el r&b, o podría considerarse el pop mejor música que el country? La respuesta a esto, va a depender del criterio y de gusto de cada persona..
Mi opinión personal, es que jamás me parecerá mejor el reggaetón que el r&b o el jazz, nunca.. ojo, es mi opinión personal, hablando como persona y más aún como músico.
Ahora, que puedo opinar de la industria musical hoy en día?(Disqueras, plataformas y ejecutivos) yo pienso que desde hace muchos años atrás, desde que surgió la onda del reggaetón, han venido experimentando y probando la receptividad del público, un experimento tanto de "cuanto le gusta a la gente?" Y que "que cantidad de dinero nos está dejando lo que a la gente le gusta?", pues la respuesta es simple y ya la conocen.
Claramente el reggaetón o la música urbana, han causado un impacto en la sociedad "NEGATIVO" Desde el punto de vista moral, que sólo promueve su monotema que es el sexo, pero que triste y lamentablemente eso es lo que la mayoría de la sociedad esta consumiendo hoy en día, por ende, la industria va a seguir apostando, a promocionar y dar publicidad a lo que la sociedad esta consumiendo, porque es lo que le está generando dinero a lo que se conoce como industria.
Yo no tengo nada en contra del reggaetón, pero si tengo mucho que sentir de sus letras y del daño que ha causado en la sociedad.
Existe mejor música que el reggaetón para mi? La respuesta es que cuando hablamos de música, nos referimos a un compuesto, de armonía, ritmo, dinámica, intención y letra.
Y sencillo, al tener algo que pensar de las letras del reggaetón definitivamente me gustan mucho más otros géneros.
Y para finalizar y responder a la pregunta del título, yo considero que la música ha evolucionado, hoy en día hay grandes músicos, artistas e inclusive nuevos géneros y ramificaciones de los mismo, existen grandes compositores, cantautores y demás, solo que no tienen la misma promoción porque no es lo que la sociedad latina quiere escuchar.
La música no ha involucionado, es la sociedad quien ha ido en retroceso moral
La música ha evolucionado.
