Those who know me know that I always find any excuse to talk about music in Hive, it's my passion, my profession, MY LIFE!!!!. Almost all my friends here are musicians, so I'm not surprised to see new initiatives being born from them, like this great idea from @florecitamejias, which adds to a third day of musical celebration after Musical Monday and Three Tune Tuesday. It's a simple but fun initiative, we just have to focus on rock, anecdotes, covers, recommendations and any original content around this powerful and appreciated musical genre.
Quienes me conocen saben que siempre encuentro cualquier excusa para hablar de música en Hive, es mi pasión, mi profesión, MI VIDA!!!. Casi todos mis amigos acá son músicos, así que no me extraña ver nacer nuevas iniciativas de parte de ellos, como esta genial idea de @florecitamejias, que se suma a un tercer día de celebración musical luego del Musical Monday y el Three Tune Tuesday. Es una iniciativa simple, pero divertida, solo debemos centrarnos en el rock, anécdotas, covers, recomendaciones y cualquier contenido original en torno a este potente y apreciado género musical.
Rock is not my favorite music genre, I almost never decide to put an album on, but if some classic appears in my random plays then I can't stop and go for more. On the other hand, without realizing it I always come to it when I need to drain certain feelings, as the music has a color for each of our feelings and I usually find protest and explosion in its sound and lyrics. For not being a big fan I think I know a lot, and most likely here I will narrate my experiences with symphonic rock, Latin rock, classic rock and Metal, that's what you will find in my publications. In fact I want to recommend a band today, that represents my favorite musical fusion, orchestral music, a symphonic choir and metal...
El rock no es mi género musical favorito, casi nunca decido colocar un álbum, pero si algún clásico aparece en mis reproducciones aleatorias entonces ya no puedo parar y voy por más. Por otra parte, sin darme cuenta siempre llego a el cuando necesito drenar ciertos sentimientos, ya que la música tiene un color para cada uno de nuestros sentimientos y generalmente encuentro protesta y explosión en su sonido y letras. Para no ser un gran fan creo que conozco mucho, y lo más seguro es que aquí narre mis experiencias con el rock sinfónico, el rock latino, el rock clásico y el Metal, eso es lo que podrán encontrar en mis publicaciones. De hecho quiero recomendar una banda hoy mismo, que representa mi fusión musical favorita, la música orquestal, un coro sinfónico y metal...
Not everyone knows this perfect band, it's called EPICA and from the day my cousin @proymet introduced me to them I was captivated and in love, and part of what I've achieved in music has been looking for a place like this, that combines symphonic sound with metal. I would love to sing in a choir with magical music like this, but in the meantime I'm happy doing what I do. I'll leave you the full album below and I recommend it 100%, those who don't know it and love the sound of epic music will find pleasure in We Will Take You With Us.... No todo el mundo conoce a esta banda perfecta, se llama EPICA y desde el día que me la presentó mi prima @proymet quedé cautivado y enamorado, y parte de lo que he logrado en la música ha sido buscando un lugar como este, que combine el sonido sinfónico con el metal. Amaría cantar en un coro con música mágica como esta, pero mientras tanto soy feliz haciendo lo que hago.
